A RESOLUTION F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM tNG RESOLUU:ION NO. 80R-532 WHICH
GRANTED AUTH TY UP TO ONE THOUSAND DO~S TO
THE CITY MAN ER AND CITY ATTORNEY TO RESOLVE
MPLOYEE WAGE CLAIMS.
WHEREAS, the Huma~ Resources Director has reco~ended in a staff
report dated September 11, 1~84, that authority to settle employee wage claims
continue to be granted to th~ City Manager and City Attorney; and
WHEREAS, as a res~t thereof, the need exiats to amend Resolution
80R-532 which set a limit no~ to exceed one thousand dollars; and.
WHEREAS, the City!Council of the City of Anaheim find-' that the
increase in authority is in $e best interests of the City of Anahei..
NOW, THEREFORE, B~ IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheill that the au..thority tq reso.lve ell.PlOyee wage claims by the City Manager
and City Attorney is hereby ~~crea8ed to t5,000.00.
BE IT FURTHER RESqLVED that except to the extent amended,
Resolution 80R-532 shall re~in in full force and effect.
