A RESOLUTIO OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM TO ONTINUE A MINORITY BUSINESS PROGRAM FOR
ALL PROJECT IN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM RECEIVING UNITED
STATES DEP TMENT OF TRANSPORTATION FUNDING AND
ESTABLISHIN A MINORITY BUSINESS GOAL OF 10% AND
WOMEN BUSIN $S ENTERPRISE GOAL OF 1% FOR THE FISCAL
YEAR ENDING!SEPTEMBER 30, 1985.

WHEREAS, th~ City Council of the City of Anaheim has
previously adopted a!Minority Business Program; and
WHEREAS, th~ City Council of the City of Anaheim desires
to continue with sai~ Program; and
WHEREAS, it lis necessary that the City of Anaheim
establish program go.ls for the period of October 1, 1984 through
September 30, 1985. f
. NOW, THEREF$RE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim ~oes adopt the overall goal for its Minority
Business Program fori the fiscal year ending September 30, 1985 as
11% w.ith a minority 1business .Qoa1 of 10%, and a women business
enterprise goal of 1..
