RESOLUTION NO. 84R-370
A RESOLUTION F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING RESO UTION NO. 84R-321 NUNC PRO TUNC.

WHEREAS, on Aust 21, 1984, the City'Counci1 passed Resolution
No. 84R-321 and througinadvertence and clerical error, (1) Paragraph
30.0 of the Memorandum of Understanding erroneously included September
9th as a hOliday; (2) ragraph 30.0 failed to include Labor Day as a
holiday; (3) Paragraph 0.4 of the Memorandum of Understanding failed to
include September 9th ssions Day as a holiday; (4) Page 123 of the
Memorandum of Underst ng under wages from January 9, 1987 through
January 7, 1988 errone 1y established November 30, 1987 as the twelve
month ending period; a (5) Paragraph 47.44 of the Memorandum of
Understanding erroneous y set forth in the fourth line the ~ord "Third"
instead of "Second." .
WHEREAS, the C ty Council finds that it is in the best interest
of the City to correct aid Resolution No. 84R-321, nunc pro tunc, to
reflect (1) the de1eti. n of September 9th Admissions Day from Paragraph
30.0; (2) the addition f Labor Day to Paragraph 30.0; (3) the addition
of September 9th Adm!ss ons Day to Paragraph 30.4; (4) change the twelve
month ending date from oveaber 30, 1987 to November 30, 1986; and (5)
delete the 'word "Third" in tbe fourth line of Paragraph 47.44 and insert
the word "Second."
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Anaheim that it amen and it does hereby amend Resolution No. 84R-321,
nunc pro tunc, by (1) t ~ deletion of September 9th Admis~ions Day ~~o.
Paragraph 30.0; (2.) the .ddition of Labor Day to Parag:r;ap430.0; (3) the
addition of September 9 ~ Admissions Day to Paragraphr.)0.4; (4) change
the twelve month endinl4ate from November 30, 1987 to Hovember 30, 1986;
and (5) delete the word "Third" in the fourth line of Paragraph 47.44 and
insert the word "Second "
AND BE IT F~1 . RESOLVED that except to the extent amended, by
this resolution, Resolu ion No. 84R-321 shall remain unchanged and in
full force and effect.
