City of Anaheim consisting of approximately 426 L.F.
of either 8" V. .P. or 8" P.V.C. sewer including PCC
manholes, sidew lk, drive approaches and all other
appurtenant wor in place in accordance with the
project plans a d specifications on file in the Office
of the City Eng'neer, Account No. 11-790-6325-E0490,
in accordance with t e design, plans, profiles and specifications
of said public impro ement on file in the Office of the City Clerk
of the City of Anahe m; and
WHEREAS, s id notice inviting sealed proposals for said
public improvement d'd provide that sealed proposals would be
received by the Cit of Anaheim at the Office of the City Clerk of
the City of Anaheim p to the hour of 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 30th
day of August, 1984, for the furnishing of all plant, labor,
services, materials d equipment, all utilities and
transportation, incl ding power, fuel and water, and performing all
work necessary to co struct and complete in a good and workmanlike
manner, the public i provement hereinabove more particularly
mentioned and descri ed, and which notice did state and declare
that pursuant to the provisions of Section 1770 of the Labor Code,
the City Council of he City of Anaheim had ascertained the
prevailing rate of ges in the locality in which this type of
labor is to be perf med for each craft or type of workman or
mechanic needed to ecute the contract, and which wage scale is on
file in the offices f the City Clerk and City Engineer; and

construction of said public improvement, together with the

contract, as securit for the faithful performance of said
