and all other a pur tenant work in place in accordance
with the projec plans and specifications on file in
the Office of te City Engineer, Account Nos.
01-79l-6325-E13 0 and 51-606-6329-02260; and

WHEREAS, S~. id notice inviting sealed proposals for said
public improvement d d provide that sealed proposals would be
received by the City of Anaheim at the Office of the City Clerk of
the City of Anaheim p to the hour of 2:00 o'clock P.M. on the 23rd
day of August, 1984" for the furnishing of all plant, labor,
services, materials nd equipment, all utilities and transporta-
tion, including powe , fuel and water, and performing all work
necessary to constru t and complete in a good and workmanlike
manner, the public i provement hereinabove more particularly men-
tioned and described and which notice did state and declare that
pursuant to the pro v sions of Section 1770 of the Labor Code, the
City Council of the ity of Anaheim had ascertained the prevailing
rate of wages in the! locality in which this type of labor is to be
performed for each ctaft or type of workman or mechanic needed to
execute the contract( and which wage scale is on file in the
offices of the City flerk and City Engineer; and

tion, including powe , fuel and water and performing all work
necessary to constru t and complete in a good and workmanlike
manner, in strict ac ordance with the specifications, plans and
drawings therefor on) file in the Office of the City Clerk of the

FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the

proposal submitted y said successful bidder or bidders and in
accordance with the plans and specifications for said public
improvement hereina ve described, and in accordance with the
terms, conditions a d provisions of this resolution, and that said
successful bidder 0 bidders to whom each contract is awarded shall
be required to furn'sh a surety bond in an amount equal to one
hundred percent (10 t) of the contract price for all labor, materi-
als and equipment t be furnished and performed, as set forth in
the sealed proposal ubmitted by said bidder for the construction
of said public impr ement, together with the appurtenances thereto
or such portion ther of as is covered by said contract, as security
for the faithful pe formance of said contract, and a separate
surety bond in an a unt equal to one hundred percent (lOOt) of the
construction cost of said public improvement covered by said con-
tract, as security f~r the payment of all persons performing labor
and furnishing mater~al for said project.
AND BE IT ,URTHER RESOLVED that said successful bidder
