A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM! TERMINATING ALL PROCEEDINGS IN
CONNECTIO~' "WITH CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT NO.
2579 AND ,CLARING RESOLUTION NO. PC84~121
NULL AND ID.
WHEREAS, the City Council granted Conditional Use Permit
No. 2579 on June 25, 1984, by Resolution No. PC84-l21; and
WHEREAS, following the filing of an appeal of said
Planning Commission decision to the City Council, the applicant
has requested withd~wal of its application and termination of
said Conditional Use 'Permit.
NOW, THER~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council that
Conditional Use PerntUt No. 25179 be, and the same is hereby,
terminated and that Resolution No. PC84-l21 be declared null and
void.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the ~ity of Anaheim this 4th day of September,
1984.
