RisOLUTION NO. 84R- 344
A RESOLUTIO$ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM t~TABLISHING A FEE FOR REHEARINGS
BY THE CITY 'I COUNCIL PURSUANT TO SECTION
1.12.100 OF,'HE ANAHEIM MUNICIPAL CODE.

WHEREAS, Se~tion 1.12.100 of the Anaheim Municipal Code
establishes a proced~re for rehearings by the City Council: and
WHEREAS, said Section 1.12.100 authorizes the City
Council to establish'a fee for the filing of requests for,
rehearings: and
WHEREAS, th. City Council desires to establish a fee for
such purpose in' the .~ount hereinafter set forth: and
WHERE~, th~ fee hereinafter established does not exceed
the estimated reasonable cost of processing said requests for
rehearings.
NOW, THEREF~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City 'Of. Anaheim thAtlfl filing fee of Fifty Dollars ($50.00) is
herebY established 'fbt, and shall be required to accompany, any
request for reh,earint filed pursuant to the provisions of Section
1.12.100 of the Anah~im Municipal Code.
THE FOREGOJ~G RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the flty of Ab.aheim this 4th day of Septe1Bber"1984.
