27th day of Septembe , 1984, at the hour of 2:00 o'clock P.M. as

shall be at least te (10) days prior to the date fixed for the
opening of bids, and that said publications shall be at least five
(5) day~ apart.

BE IT FURT R RESOLVED that the successful bidder or
bidders shall be req ired to enter into a contract with the City
of Anaheim in the ma er and form approved by the City Attorney of
the City of Anaheim or the construction, installation and comple-
tion of said public mprovement hereinabove mentioned and
described, in accord cewith the plans and specifications pre-
pared by saiQ Public Works Department, the notice inviting sealed
proposals, this reso ution and all applicable City Ordinances or
Code Sections and th laws of the State of California, and shall
be required to post nds and insurance in the amounts and within
the time required by ;aw, as specified in the notice inviting
