A RESOLUTI~OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM ENDING A CONDITION OF APPROVAL AS
SET FORTH I IRESOLUT!ON NO. 84R-39 RELATING TO
ZONING RBC SIFICATION PROCEEDINGS NO.
83-84-14. !
WHEREAS, th; City Council of the City of Anaheim adopted
Resolution No. 84R-3 on January 24, 1984, in Zoning
Reclassification Pro eedings No. 83-84-14, finding and deteximining
that Title 18 of theiAnaheim Municipal Code relating to zoning
boundaries should be! amended and that the boundaries of certain
zones should be chan,ed, subject to certain conditions of approval
contained therein; afa
WHEREAS, th~ City Council has heretofore held a duly
noticed public heari~9 to consider said amendment of conditions
and did give all pertons interested therein an opportu1'1ity to be
heard and did receiv reports and evidence, and did consider the
same; and
W1:1ERi1\S,_th~. City C01lncil does find and determine that
the public necessity~. convenience and general welfare require that
the conditions of ap~roval of said Resolution No. 84R-39 be
amended in the manne~ hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFr:RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim ~hatCondi~ion No. 20,as se~ forttl-in' Resolution
No. 84R-39 relat1.ng 0 Zon1.ng Reclass1.ficat1.on proceedi'ngs No.
83-84-14 be, and the! same is hereby, amended to read as follows:

be constructed ap..ong the easterly and northerly

abutting the 15-~'oot wide landscaped area adjacent to

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that, except as herein expressly
amended, Resolution ~o. 84R-39 shall remain in full force and .
