OF RESOLUTION NO. 83R-169 OF THE CITY
COUNCIL.
WHEREAS, th City Council of the City of Anaheim (the
"City") has heretofor adopted, on April 26, 1983, Ordinance No. 4415
and on August 14, 198 , Ordinance No. 4530 providing for the issuance
of Water Revenue Anti ipation Notes of the City and providing the
terms and condition of, and the purposes for which, the Water
Revenue Anticipation otes may be issued; and
. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City at its meeting on
April 27, 1983, ado ted a Resolution, designated as Resolution
No. 83R-170, approvin the form of a Revolving Credit Agreement and
authorizing the execu ion and delivery thereof; and .

Notes of the City; an
WHEREAS, c rrently the City has no Water Revenue
Anticipation Notes ou. standing; and
WHEREAS, it 's in the best interest of the City to amend
Resolution No. 83R-16 in certain respects;
NOW, THEREF RE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
~ DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, ETERMINE AND ORDER AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. he form, terms and provisions of Amendment
No. 1 to Revolving Cr dit Agreement dated the date of delivery there-
of, in substantially he form submitted to this meeting are hereby
approved and adopted s part of this Resolution. The Mayor of the
City and the City C erk are hereby authorized and directed to,

in substantially the form submitted to this meeting with such
changes, insertions a d omissions as the Mayor may approve, such

SECTION 2.- n Amendment No.1 to Revolving Credit
Agreement the Bank wi.l agree to the amendments of the Revolving
Credit Agreement con ained in said Amendment. The City Council
hereby finds, determi es and declares that said Amendment when exe-
cuted and delivered wi 1 not adversely affect the rights of the hold-
ers of any of the Cit IS outstanding Electric Revenue Anticipation
Notes.
