RESOLUTION NO. 84R-331
A RESOLU ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF
ANAHEIM THORIZING CERTAIN PERSONS TO ACT FOR
THE CITY OF ANAHEIM IN CONNECTION PITH SMALL CLAIM
ACTIONS, AND SUPERSEDING RESOLUTION NO. 83R-203

WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
find and determine that it is necessary in th~normal course of
business in the Ci y of Anaheim to instigate, nrosecute, defend,
settle and consumm te litigation involving small amounts, the
jurisdiction of wh ch is vested in the Small Claims Court, being
amounts of less th n $1,500.00; and
WHEREAS, it is deemed by tM City Council of the City
of Anaheim that ce tain City employees should be authorized to
act in the Cityts ehalf in connection with small claims actions.
