A RESOLUTIp~ OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM VA~~TING PU~LIC UTILITY EASEMENTS
LOCATED OV~~ LOT 1 OF TRACT NO. 10476 NORTH OF
CHAPMAN AV~NuE, WEST OF WILLOWBROOK. (83-l9A)
WHEREAS, ~pe City Council of the City of Anaheim did,
by resolution duly a.ppted, declare its intention to vacate
certain public stree~~, highw~ys or public service easements
pursuant to the PUblic Street., Highways and Service Easements
Vacation Law: and
WHEREAS, nptice of a public hearing to consider said
vacation was posted .nd pUbli$hed in the manner prescribed by law:
and
WHEREAS, ~n the 3l,t day of July, 1984, a public
hearing was held to .~low int~rested persons to submit evidence
concerning said prop~~ed vacation: and
WHEREAS, t~e City Council does find, from the evidence
submitted, that the '~reet, highway or public service easement
hereinafter specific.~ly desctibed is unnecessary for present or
prospective public p~rposes including nonmotorized transportation
facilities.
WHEREAS, ~t and to the extent that there are in place
public utility facil!ties in ~se for which easements are not
reserved and excepte. by this resolution, the City Council hereby
determines that the ~~blic convenience and necessity requires that
no easements be resetved for $uch facilities.
NOW, THE Rtf ORE , BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of
the City of Anaheim ~~es hereby order the vacation of those
easements for publicutilitie$, more specifically described as
follows:
Abandonment of those certain public utility easements
in the City of ~aheim, County of Orange, State of
California for t~blic utility and ingress and egress
purposes as sho.~ on Lot 1 of Tract No. 10476 per map
filed in Book 4.4, pages 45 through 48, inclusive, of
Miscellaneous M4ps, Records of said Orange County.

BE IT FURT$~R RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by
this resolution shalt not be effective until a certified copy of
this resolution is r.corded im the Office of the Recorder of
Orange County.
