A RESOLUT~~_~F THE CITY. COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AMENDING jUTION NO. 84R-242 NUNC PRO TUNC.

WHEREAS, On June 26~1984' the City Council passed Resolution No.
84R-242 and through inadvert ce and clerical error, the classification of
Recreation Specialist was Ii ted; and

WHEREAS, the City CtCi1 finds that it is in the best interest of
the City to correct said Res ution No. 84R-242, nunc pro tunc, to reflect the
deletion of the classificati of Recreation Specialist;
I
NOW, THEREFORE, BE t RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim that it amend and it does hereby amend Resolution No. 84R-24~, nunc
pro tunc, by deleting the cl ssification of Recreation Specialist.
AND a~,IT FURTHER ~aOLVED that except to the extent amended, by this
resolution, Resolution No. a4R-242 shall remain unchanged and in full force
and effect. !
