A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM PECLARING CERTAIN UNCLAIME;D PROPERTY
IS NEEDED FPIR PUBLIC USE AND TRANS;FE~~ING THE
SAME TO THE! CITY PURCHASING DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, the City Purchasing Department of the City of
Anaheim has determin~d that the unclaimed property set forth on
Exhibit "A on file in the office of the City Clerk and held by the
Police Department of the City of Anaheim is needed for public use:
and
WHEREAS, in accordance with Section 1.12.070.050 of the
Anaheim Municipal Co~e, such unclaimed property may be transferred
to the City Purchasip9 Depart~ent: and
W~EREAS, th~ City Council finds that said unclaimed
property is needed fbr public use and that it i's in. the best
interest of the City to transfer the same to the City Purchasihg
Department.
NOW, THEREFpRE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council f the
Ci ty of Anahail! that I. the property listed on Exhibi t "A" on file in
the office of the City Clerk be, and the same is hereby,
transferred to the CLty Purchasing Department in accordance with
the provisions of City of Anaheim Municipal Code, Section
1.12.070.050 and Section 2080.5 of the Civil Code of the State of
California.
THE FOREGOI~G RESOLU~ION is approved and adopted by the
