WHEREAS, thi Executive Officer of the Commission, pursu-
ant to Government Co e Section 54794 reviewed said proposal and
prepared a report in luding his recommendation thereon, and fur-
nished a copy of sai report to each person entitled to a copy; and
WHEREAS, sai1d resolution was accompanied by proof satis-
factory to the Commi sion that all of the owners of land within
the territory propos d to be reorganized have given their signed
consent to such reor anization; and
WHEREAS, sa~d Commission on January 11, 1984, considered
the proposal and re rt of the Executive Officer, and considered
the factors determin d by the Commission to be relevant to said
proposal, including ut not limited factors specified in
Government Code Sect:on 54796; and

WHEREAS, sa~d commission has reviewed and considered the
negative declarationhissued by the City of Anaheim, as lead
agency, on the under~ying activity; and
WHEREAS, sa~d Commission adopted its Resolution No. 84-3
on January 11, 1984'11 making certain determinations and authorizing
the City of Anaheim, as the conducting authority, to reorganize
said territory with~t notice and hearing and without election
pursuant to Section ~5151 of the Government Code.
NOW, THERE~I RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim tha Orange County Municipal Reorganization No. 68
(Transfer of Territ ry from the City of Fullerton to the City of
Anaheim) for that c rtain territory within the City of Fullerton,
County of Orange, S ate of California, more particularly described
as follows:

Beginning at an ,ngle point in the existing boundary
line of the CitYiOf Anaheim, said angle point being
the intersectioniof the centerline of Raleigh street
with said existifg boundary line of the City of
Anaheim; thence ortherly along said existing bo~ndary
line of the City of Anaheim per "Miles Rancho '
Annexation," 35.00 feet; thence S 800 061 00" E,
196.14 feet to all point in the existing boundary line
of the City of Alaheim as established by "South Spadra
Annexation" then e along said '~xisting boundary line
of the City of A aheim per "South Spadra Annexation,"
per "Miles Ranch Annexation," in a Westerly direction
to the point ofeginning,

Section 35312 of the Government Code. ' '
B~ IT FURTHIR RESOLVED that the City Clerk of the City of
Anaheim shall immedi tely transmit a certifi'edcopy of thisreso-
lution along with a emittance to cover the fees required by
Section 54902.5 of t e Government Code to the Executive Director
of the Local Agency ormation Commission.
THE FOREGO~NG RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the ~ity of Anaheim this 24th day of JulYf 1984.
