RESOLUTION NO. 84R-283;
A RESOLUTIpN OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIMI DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
CERTAIN PU~LIC STREETS, HIGHWAYS AND SERVICE
EASEMENTS. (83-l7A)
BE IT RESO~VED that the City Council of the City of
Anaheim does hereby ~eclare its intention to vacate the following
public streets, high~ays and service easements pursuant to the
Public Streets, High~ays and Service Easements Vacation Law (Part
3 of Division 9 of the Streets and Highways Code); to wit:
That easement for public utility purposes five feet
in width locate~' to the rear of property located at
2161 West Romneta Drive
as said streets, higpways or public service easements are shown on
a map or plan on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
BE IT FURTPER RESOLVED that all persons interested in
the proposed vacatiop will be heard at a hearing to be held at
1:30 o'clock P.M. ort'.as soon thereafter as the matter may be
heard, in the Chambe s of the City Council located in the Civic
Center located at 20 South Anaheim Boulevard on:
