A RESOLUTIq>, OF THE.. CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM:~EVYING ~ ASSESSMENT ON EACH LOT
AND PARCEL.. ~F LAND ~ONTAINED IN STREET LIGHT-
ING MAINTE'~CE DISTRICT 1981-5 FOR THE
CONTRACT Y~R JULY 1, 1984 TO JUNE 30, 1985,
FOR THE AM~VNT ESTIMATED TO BE NECESSARY TO
IMPROVE TH*lsTREET ~IGHTING SYSTEM FOR SUCH
ENSUING CO.tRACT YEAR. (TRACT 2090)
WHEREAS, t.e City C$uncil of the City of Anaheim has
established a streetlightin9 maintenance district designated
"Street Lighting As..ssment ~istrict 1981-5;"
WHEREAS, t~e Superi~tendent of Streets has estimated
the amount necessar, to impr~ve the street lighting system for
the ensuing contrac~ year, J~ly 1, 1984 to June 30, 1985, to be
$965.03.
NOW, THERE'~RE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim'~s follows:
1. The city Council does determine that the amount
necessary to improv+the street lighting system for the ensuing
contract year is $9.$.03.
2. That t~e cost to each lot in proportion to the
estimated benefits t~ be rec.ived by each lot or parcel of land
is determined to be, and eac~ lot and parcel of land is assessed
and levy made again$t each s~ch lot and parcel of land as
follows:
The s~~ of $27.57 for each of the
parce!'numbers listed on the attached
form.
3. That .11 sums for the cost of maintenance or
improvement of the .treet lighting system for the ensuing
contract year, from~u1y 1, 1984 to June 30, 1985, are hereby
declared to be a lien upon tbe property in "Street Lighting
Assessment District 1981-5" and shall be collected with the
taxes on the said p~operty.

4. That the Director of Finance of the City of
Anaheim be, and he is hereby, authorized and directed to file
with the County Auditor of tbe County of Orange on or before
August 10, 1984, a ~ertified copy of this resolution and a
certified copy of tb~ report of the Superintendent of Streets
hereby confirmed; ana the Co~nty Auditor is authorized and
requested to enter each asse$sment in the County tax rolls

opposite the parcel of land and add the amount of the assessment
to the next regular tax bill levied against each of said parcels
for municipal purposes.
