A RESOLU~ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CIT.Y OF~.., AHEIMAPPROVI.NG AN AGREEMENT
FOR THE PERATION OF A PIPELINE UNDER
THE SOUT ' RN PACIFIC RAILROAD AT
BROOKHUT STREET IN ~AHEIM.
WHEREAS, an a~reement for pipeline purposes has been
presented to the City bf Anaheim~ and
WHEREAS, saidl Agreement is in the best interests of the
Ci ty and the City. Counjcil finds it is in the best'interest of the
City of Anaheim to ap~ove said agreement.
NOW, THEREFO~, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Couhc~l of
the City of Anaheim d~s hereby approve the indenture agreement
between Southern 'Paci~c Transportatlon Company and the' Oityof
Anaheim for a pipelin~ in Brookhurst Street. ~
BE IT FURTHE~ RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
and they are. hereby a~thorized to execute this agreement for and on
behalf of. t~,City of. tAnaheim..
