A RESOLUT~' N OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE TEXT
OF THE AN 1M GENERAL PLAN DESIGNATED AS
AMENDMENT . 194.
WHEREAS, t~ City of Anaheim, pursuant to the
recommendations of t e Planning Commission of the City of Anaheim,
adopted a General Pl. for the Ci ty of Anaheim: and
WHEREAS, 0 the 14th day of May, 1984, the City Planning
Commission of the Ci y of Anaheim did hold a public hearing to
consider a General P an Amendment. The General Plan Amendment
does consider revisi g the text of the Anaheim General Plan in the
manner set forth in he exhibit on file in the Planning Department
and consolidating sa'd General Plan (other than the Canyon Area
General Plan, Noise lement and Housing Element which are
self-contained eleme ts incorporated into said General Plan by
reference) into a si gle document format (hereinafter "Amendment
No. 194"): and
WHEREAS, ~ said public hearing, the City Planning
Commission did duly d. opt its Resolution No. PC84-97 containing a
report of its findin s, a summary of the evidence presented at
said hearing, and re ommending that said Amendment to the General
Plan designated as endment No. 194 be adopted by the City
Council: and
WHEREAS, u~on receipt of said Resolution, summary of
evidence, report of ~indings and recommendations of the City
Planning Commission,'the City Council did fix the 3rd day of July,
1984, as the time, a~d the City Council Chamber in the Civic
Center as the place or a public hearing on said proposed
Amendment No. 194 an did give notice thereof in the manner and as
provided by law: and!
WHEREAS, tie City Council did duly hold and conduct such
public hearing and d d give all persons interested therein an
opportunity to be he rd, and did receive evidence and reports and
did consider the recmmendations of the City Planning Commission~
and

WHEREAS, t~e City Council does find and determine that
Amendment No. 194 on: file with the City should be approved.
NOW, THEREfORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anaheim that Amendment No. 194 to the General Plan
revising the text ofithe Anaheim General Plan in the manner set
forth in the exhibition file in the Planning Department and
consolidating said G!neral Plan (other than the Canyon Area
General Plan, Noise lement and Housing Element which are
self-contained elemets incorporated into said General Plan by
reference) into a simgle document format (hereinafter "Amendment
No. 194") be, and th. same is hereby, approved.

BE IT FUR~' R RESOLVED that the Planning Department be,
and it is hereby, intructed to amend the General Plan Map to
conform to General P, an Amendment No. 194 as herein adopted and
approved. .
THE ~OREGOkNG RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
Council of the Pity of Anaheim this 3rd day of July, 1984.
