WHEREAS, tter a request for variance by PURUSHOTTAMDAS
R. PATEL AND NILA P~ PATEL, owners, and JOHN F. SWINT AND JOHN L.
SCHMITZ, agents, wa received, a public hearirtg before the
Planning commiSSion. f the City of Anaheim was held upon due and
proper notice, a re~ult of which Variance No. 339.6 was granted,
in part, covering t~ fOllowing described property:

the herein decisionlmust be sought is governed by Section 1094.6
