A RESOLUTIiOF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEIM "PROVING AN AMENDMENT OF CONDI-
TIONS IN C DITIONAL USE PERMIT CASE NO. 2377
AMENDING RE, LUTION NO. 82R-498 ACCORDINGLY.

WHEREAS, th$ City Council of the City of Anaheim heretofore
adopted Resolution .. 82R-498 approving Conditional Use permit No.
2377, subject to cer ain conditions specified therein: and

WHEREAS, th~ permittee has requested an amendment to cer-
tain of said conditipns heretofore imposed: and
,
WHEREAS, thb City Council held a duly noticed public hear-
ing on July 3, 1984,fat which hearing the City Council did receive
and consider evidenc~, both oral and documentary, relating to said
request: and .
WHEREAS, t~ City Council hereby finds and determines that
the public interest land welfare require the amendment of said condi-
tions of approval i~ the manner hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THERE!RE' BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim tha . Condition No. 7 of Conditional Use Permit No.
2377 as set forth i . Resolution No. 82R-498 be, and the same is
hereby, amended to ad as follows:

"7. That f. bJect property shall be developed sub-
stantially in a " ordance with plans and specifications
on file with th City of Anaheim marked Exhibit Nos.
2-15 except as e signing modifications as required by
Condition No. 141 hereof."
BE IF FURTiR RESOLVED that Condition No. 12 of
Conditional Use Per it No. 2377 as set forth in Resolution No.
82R-498 be, and the ,same is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"12. That Ithere shall be no on-site display or
sale of new or sed cars other than Mercedes-Benzes, and
that only two ( ) such cars, both of which must be new
unregistered ve icles, may be displayed outside the
building and tht any such outside display shall be only
in the front se ack area adjacent to La Palma Avenue."

BE IT FURT1!R RESOLVED that Condition No. 14 of
Conditional Use Per it No. 2377 as set forth in Resolution No.
82R-498 be, and the same is hereby, amended to read as follows:
"14. That ithe permitted signing on the premises
as otherwise sh~n on Exhibit Nos. 12, 13, 14 and 15 of
exhibits on fil~ with the City of Anaheim shall be
further modifie~ and limited to the following:

adjacent to La P lma Avenue specifying only the name of
