A RESOLUTION~F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM DECL ING THAT THERE WAS NOT A MAJORITY
PROTEST AGAIN ~ STREET LIGHTING ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
1977-1, TRACT! NO. 1404. 'J,
WHEREAS, the fity Council did on June 5, 1984, adopt
Resolution No. 84R-202t setting the 3rd day of July, 1984, at the
hour of 1:30 P.M. in t e Council Chambers of the City Hall in the
City of Anaheim as the!day, hour, and place when and where any and
all persons having any, objections to the proposed improvements to
be made by the City un~er the Street Lighting Act of 1931, in
Street Lighting Assessrent District 1977-1, might appear and show
cause why the proposed; improvements should not be carried out; and
WHEREAS, at s~id hearing there was not a majority
protest, either writte~ or oral, made in the proceedings for the
improvements contemplated.
NOW, THE~EFOR~, BE I~ RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that it does find and declare that there was not a
majority prQtest, eith~r written or oral, made at said hearing on
July 3, 1984, in the ptoceedings for certain contemplated
improvements to be mad~ by the City under the Street Lighting Act
of 1931, in Street Lig~ting Assessment District 1977-1.
THE FOREGOINGiRESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 3rd day of July 1984.
