RESOLUTION NO. 84R-247
A RESOLU~ION OF TijE CITY COUNCIL OF THEC~TY
OF ANAHEM ESTABLISHING FEES FOR PARKING AT
ANAHEIMQNVENTION CENTER AND ANAHEIM S~,ADIUM
TO BE EF ECTIVE ON JANUARY 1, 1985. .
WHEREAS, in ~ne of 1982 the fee for parking at the
Anaheim Convention Center and the Anaheim Stadium was re-
viewed and set at 0 Dollars and Fifty Cents ($2.50) per
space except as prdvided by contract or otherwise- specif~ed;
and
WHEREAS, thel' ity Council of tha City of~nahei~ does
find and determine ,that the fee for parking at the, Anaheim
Co~vention Center d Anaheim St~dium should be amended.
NOW, THEREFO~, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahei~ that, effective January 1, 1985, the
fees for parking i~ the lots of the Anaheim Convention Center
and Anaheim Stadiu~. shall be, and they are hereby established
at Three Dollars ($3.00) per space, except as provided by
contract or otherwi e specified.
BE IT FURTHE~ RESOLVED that Resolution No. 82R-351
is hereby rescinde~ as of the effective date of the provisions
of this resolution~
