A RESOLUTION fF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
WHICH ESTABLI BES RATES OF COMPENSATION FOR CLASSES ASSIGNED TO
THE GENERAL C TY EMPLOYEES UNIT REPRESENTED BY THE ANAHEIM
MUNICIPAL EMP OYEES ASSOCIATION.

WHEREAS, the need/exists to create the classifications of Assistant
Engineering Contract Adminirtrator and Assistant Reprographics/Mail
Supervisor; andi
WHEREAS, the Humat Resources Director has determined that the new
classifications be assigned to the General City Employees Unit represented by
the Anaheim Municipal Emploees Association; and

WHEREAS, the Cityicouncil of the City of Anaheim does find that the
creation of these classifi . tions is in the best interests of the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, THEREFORE, B*, IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Anaheim as follows: T

1. That effeCtivt June 29, 1984, the basic compensation plan for
all officers and employeesf the City of Anaheim who are now employed or will
in the future be employed i the classifications listed below shall be
allocated to the following alary schedule in the Salary Schedule Master.

BE IT FURTHER RES VED that all provisions of the Memorandum of
Understanding, dated Februa 10, 1984, between the City of Anaheim and the
General City Employees Unit of the Anaheim Municipal Employees Association
apply to the foregoing clas ification.
THE FOREGOING RES UTION is approved and adopted by the City Council
