A RESOLUTION ~F THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM INFO!' NG THE COUNTY OF ORANGE ENVIRONMENTAL
MANAGEMENT :AG . CY OF NO CHANGES INTtm CIRCULATION
ELEMENT OF AR .. RIAL STREETS AND HIGHWAYS ON THE GENERAL
PLAN.
WHEREAS, no c~~nges or amendments have been made during
the year 1983-1984 to the circulation element of Arterial Streets
and Highways on the Ge~eral Plan; and
WHEREAS, the City's Master Plan of Arterial Highways
(MPAH) is in conformanp~ with the County's MPAH; and
WHEREAS, the ~~ty has adopted a setback ordinance to
protect ulti~ate arter~~l highway right of way; and
WHEREAS, the ~ity has adopted provisions for the
limitation of access to the arterial highway system in order to
protect the integrity of the system; and
WHE~, i~.(}W1er to ~ticipate in the Arterial Higbway
Financing Program of t~~ County of Orange, it is necessary that
the Advisory Committeeiof the Orange County Environmental
Mana~ement Agency be a~vised of any changes in the Circulation
Element of Arterial Stteets and Highways on the Gen~ral Plan, and
be requested to adopt said changes into the County Arterial
Highway Master Plan. ;
NOW, THEREFoR$:', BE IT RESOLVED by the Ci ty Counc i 1 of
the City of Anaheim th_t the County of Orange be informed and it
is hereby informed, th~t no changes or amendments have been made
in the Circulation Elep~.. nt of Arterial Streets and Highways on
the General Plan of th; City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING.. RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 26th day of June, 1984.
