OF ANA 1M APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN A REEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND
JAYCOX ANITARY SERVICE OF ANAHEIM, INC., AND
AUTHORI ING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AG EMENT.
WHEREAS the City of Anaheim is obligated to
provide for the c llection.and disposal of solid waste
pursuant to Chapt r 10.10 of the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS the City of Anaheim and Jaycox Sanitary
Service of Anahei , Inc. d~sire to enter into. an agreement
relating to solid waste collection and disposal service; and
WHEREAst an agre~ment has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the pity of Anaheim.
