RESOLUTION NO. 78R- . 558
A RESOL~ION OF ~ CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHF.tDM APPROvlING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN A_EMENT B/ETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND ANAHJjIM DISPQSAL, INC., AND AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS,~ ,the City of Anaheim is obligated to
provide for the colJJlection ~and disposal of solid waste
pursuant to Chapt~ 10.10 af the Anaheim Municipal Code; and
WHEREAS, the City of Anaheim and Anaheim Disposal,
Inc. desire to ent~ into ~ agreement relating to solid
waste collection and disposal service; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of Which are satisfactory to the City of
Anaheim.
NOW, TH$EFORE, ro: IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Analheim that the terms and conditions of an
agreement for the ~ollectiqn of commercial and industrial
solid waste within the City of Anaheim between the City of
Anaheim and Anaheim Disposal Inc. , be, and the same are hereby,
approved.
BE IT F~THER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are ~reby, atlthorized and directed to execute
said agreement for an on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
the City Council af the City of Anaheim this 29th da~ of
