A RESOLU~]ON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE~ AMENDING CONDITION NO. 90F
RESOLUTIQli' NO. 77Ii-669 IN RECLASSIFICATION
PROCEEDI~qS NO. 76-77-49.
WHEREAS~.the City Council of the City of Anaheim has
heretofore adoPte.di1' ,e. SOlutiQ,n No. . 77R-.669. 1'i ndi~gand d.e. termining
that Title 18 of t' Anahe1.n} Municipal Code relating to zoning
should be amended · d that the boundaries of certain zones should
be changed in Recl~~sificat:ton Proceedings No. 76-77;"49-; - and
WHEREAS, .the applicant has petitioned the City Council
for an amendment tq,certain conditions of approval of said Resolu-
tion No. 76-77-49; and
WHEREAS, ,the City Council has held a duly noticed public
hearing upon appliqants's aforesaid request.
NOW~ THE~FORE, B~ IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahein1that Condition No. 9 of Resolution No. 77R-669
be, and the same ia hereby~ amended to read as follows:
"9. That the applicant obtain an encroachment permit
from the City ,qf Anahe:tm for the existing truck scales
located in thdiultimatEt right-of-way of Newkirk Road upon
the conclusion of the abandonment proceedings involving
said road pre~ently pending before the Orange County Board
of Supervisors; provided, however, that if said road is
abandoned~ th1~ this c9ndition shall be waived."
THE FOREqoING REsdLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Anaheim this 29th day of August~1978.
