RESOLUTION NO. 78R- 573
A RESOLU ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
ANAHEIM FPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF AN
AGREEME BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE
COUNTY 0 ORANGE FOR PROJECT NO. 846 OF THE
ARTERIAL HIGHWAY FINANCING PROGRAM, AND AUTHORIZ-
INGTHE .lYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEME
WHEREAS , 1; he Board of Supervisors of the County of
Orange has hereto! adopted the Master Plan of Arter1al
Jlighwaysfor thee tire County; and
WHEREAS, a cooperative financial program has
heretofore been es ablished pursuant to applicable law for
the eatablishment, construction and maintenance of a County
Arterial Highway S stem known as the Arterial Highway Financing
Program; and
WHEREAS'i'the County of Orange and the City of Anaheim
mutually desire th t certain street improvements should be
undertaken pursuan to the aforesaid program; and .

WHEREAS~. an agreement has been prepared for such
purposes, the term and conditions of which are acceptable to
the City of Anahe .

NOW, THE FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of An .im that the terms and condi tionsof an
agreement between beCi tyof Anaheim and the County of .orange
for Project No. 84 of the Arterial Highways Financing Program
as more particular y described in said agreement be, and the
same are hereby, a proved.
