RESOLUTION NO. 78R- 578
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHJIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND. CONDITIONS
OF AN AGREEMENT WITH TRANSAMERICAMORTGAGE
COMPANY AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR
AND CIT! CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS!. the City Council of the City of Anaheim
desires to establ.sh methods and procedures under the City's
home improvement loan program; and
WHEREAS, an agreement, entitled "Operating Agreement -
Transamerica Morttage Company" (hereinafter "AgreementU) has
been prepared; an~
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreeme~t are
acceptable to the City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, TH$REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms. and
conditions of saidi Agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are ~ereby authorized and directed to execute
said Agreement on.. behalf of the City Council of the City of
Anaheim.
THE FORtGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
