ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ND AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF NAHEIM AND THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA AND
AUTHORIZNG THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE
SAID AG EMENT.
WHEREAs~an Agreement has heretofore been entered
into by and betwee '.. the City of Anaheim and the State of
California dated ',.' uary 17, 1978, relating to the assignment
of a certain Citymployee -to the State of California; and
WHEREAS, I an Amendment to said Agreement was entered
into by and betwee~ the parties hereto dated April 18, 1978;
and j
WHEREAS~I it is the mutual desire of said parties to
further amend sa1Cj Agreement at this time; and
WHEREAS,'a Second Amendment to Agreement has been
prepared, the_ter and conditions of which are satisfactory
to the City of An eim. -
NOW, T FORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of An eim that' the terms and conditIons of a
Second Amendment Agreement between the City of Anaheim and
the State of Cali rnia for the assignment of a dertain City
employee as more ticularly described in said Second Amend-
ment to Agreement e, and tihesame are hereby, approved.
BE IT F!THER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they arereby, authorized and directe-a. to execute
said Second Amen nt to Agreement for and on behalf of the
City of Anaheim. :
