A RESOLp,TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANA~M APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF A_MOpIFICATION_TO THE,SUBGRANTAGREEMENT
BETWEENiJTHE CITY OF ANAHEIM AND THE ORANGE
COUNTY MANPOWER COMMISSION, AND AUTHORIZING
THE MA!p:~ AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
MODIFICIAJTION.
WHEREAS!,! theC1t~ of Anaheim and the Orange County
Manpower connn1ss1JQ,n (hereilnafter "Connn1ss1on") have heretofore
entered into a s~grant ag:reement to provide a summer program
for economically ~1sadvantiaged youth within theC1ty; and
WHEREAS, it is the mutual desire of said parties to
increase the fun<tiJng to the City of Anaheim under the terms
of said sub grant ;agreement from $366,042.00 to $399,206.00
effective Junel9r, 1978; and
WHEREA~,a mutual modif'ication of' said subgrant has
been prepared, t~terms and conditions of wh1ch are satisfac-
tory to the City ,Of Anahe1:m.
NOW, T~REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahe;1mthat the terms and condit1onsof a mutual
modification of ~Ubgrant between the City and said Commission
be, and the same f4,re hereby, approved.

BE IT ~RTHER RBSOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are 1hereby, authorized and directed to execute,
said modificatior1 for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
