A RESOLQTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
CITY OF iANAHEIM APPROVING THE,TERMS.~AND
CONDITI NS ,OF,AN,AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT BE-
TWEENT CITY OF ANAHEIM ,AND THEORANGE.'COUNTY
COMMUNI Y DEVELOPMENT COUNCIL, INC.,.AND
AUTHORI ING THE MAYOR AND CITY'CLERK.:TO,EXECUTE
SAID A DMENT.
WHEREAS,i the City of Anaheim and the Orange County
Connnunity Develo~nt Council, Inc. (hereinafter "Council")
have heretoforee ered into an agreement dated June 13, 1978,
relating to a Su ,r Youth Development Program within the City
of Anaheim; and
WHEREAS, the City and Council mutually desire to
amend said agreem~t at this time to provide additional funding
for said program; and
WHEREAS ,ian Amendment to Agreement has been prepared,
the terms and con~tions of which are satisfactory to the City
of Anaheim.
NOW, THEtmFORE, BE ITRE$OLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahe~ that the terms and conditions of an
Amendment to Agr~eent between the City of Anaheim and, the
Orange County Conity Development Council, Inc. be, and the
same are hereby, proved.
BE IT F~HER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, ,and they are~reby, authorized and direoted to execute
said Amendment to IAgreement for and on behalf of. the City of
Anaheim.
THE FOREPOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by
