A RESOLU'trON OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF ~AHEIM A~.PROVING THE TERMS A}JD
CONDtTIO$8 OF AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
CITY OF ~AHEIM A$D THE CITY OF ORANGE
RELATING · 'to ENVIR<I>NMENTAL STUDIES, AND
AUTHORIZt~G THE M4YOR AND CITY CLERK TO
EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS, fa planned community is being developed by
Anaheim Hills, IncJion an anproximately 4200 acre site formerly
known as the Nohl ~4nch; ana
WHEREAS, i~ portion of said site is located within
the City of Anahei~and a portion of said site is located
within the City of iOrange; and
~oJHEREAS, said cities desire to designate the
appropriate lead a~ncy to be responsible for environmental
matters for projectls occurring on said site; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions of which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, THE~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of Anah~im that the terms and conditions of an
agreement between tpe City of Anaheim and the City of Orange
relating to environ4nentalstudies be, and the same are hereby,
approved. '
BE IT FURtHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are heteby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
