WHEREAS, ion August 22, 1978, the City Council
of the City of Ana~,im did .pprove an agreement with
Goldman Sachs & Co . any for.. certain underwriting services
in con. nection With. l.the refi~ancing of'the Anaheim Stadium,
pursuant to Resolution No. 78R-530; and .
WHEREAS, ;the refi~ancing of the Anaheim Stadium
has been completed/and said agreement is no longer needed;
and
WHEREAS, ,said agreement was never executed by
Goldman Sachs & CO$pany.
NOW, THEt. FORE, Bt: IT RESOLVED by the City .
council, of the Cit.. of AnahHm that Re.so1ution No', 78R-530
approving an agree ~nt with Goldman Sachs & Company on
August 22, 1978 be. and the same is hereby, rescinded.
