A RESOLUfION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEfM AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 73R-422,
NUNC PRO i TUNC.
WHEREAS~i in 1973, the City Council o-f the City of
Anaheim adopted Reolutio.n No. 73R-422,finding and. deternu..onJ..ong
that Title 18 of e Anaheim Municipal Code. relating to zoning
should be amended d that the boundaries of certain zones should
be changed; and !
WHEREAS, ! through mistake and inadvertence, a clerical
error exists in th+ legal description of the property described
in said Resolution~
NOW, TH~~ORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Anahei that the legal description of the reaJ.prop-
erty set forth in :aid Resolution No. 73R-422 be, and the same is
hereby, amended, n~c pro tunc, to read as follows:
Lot Nos. 115 ~d 116 of Tract 2205, in the City of
Anaheim, as p r Map recorded in Book 64, Pages 33
to 35, inclus ~e, of Miscellaneous Maps, in the
office of the ,County Recorder of said Orange County .
BE IT FUijTHER RESOLVED that, except as expressly amended
herein, said Reso14tion No. 73R-422 shall remain in full force and
effect.
