MENT ON ~EHALF OF THE CITY OF ANAHEIM.

entered into by ant! between' the City of Anahe.im and Calif'o-rnia
Medical Group Heal.h Plan, Inc. on April 19, 1977; and .
WHEREAS,!the parties to said agreement desire to amend
said agreement; an~
WHEREAS, ,.an amendment to said agreement has been pre-
pared, the terms ~d conditions of which are satisfactory to the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THE;EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Coun-cil of
the City of Anahe . that the terms and conditions of an amendment
to the agreement 0,' April 19,1977, by and between the City of
Anaheim and California Medical Gr.oup Health Plan, Inc. be, and
the same are herebf, approved.
BE IT FU!. HER RESOLVED that the Personnel Director be
authorized and dir P.'teatoexecute said amendment to agreement
