WHEREAS, the abandonment approved herein does not convey right, title and interest to the abandoned property, which is conveyed by separate quitclaim deed pursuant hereto. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of Anaheim does hereby order the vacation of a portion of that certain 5 foot public utility easement recorded on August 12, 1974, in Book 11218, Page 1567 of Official Records ofthe County of Orange, and the abandonment of a fire protection vault easement recorded April 29, 1975, in Book 11389, Page 222 of Official Records of the County of Orange, lying within the boundaries of Parcels 1 and 2 of Parcel Map No. 85-214, generally known as 1751 S. State College Boulevard. and 1801 Katella Avenue, respectively. See Exhibit "A", attached hereto, for the legal description of the foregoing. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the vacation authorized by this Resolution shall not be effective until a certified copy of this Resolution is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Orange County. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and she is hereby, authorized and directed to cause a certified copy of this Resolution to be recorded in the Office of the Recorder of the County of Orange.
