nia, the annexatiop of the territory herein described shall be
deemed to be and spall be complete and thenceforth such annexed
terri tory shall be~" to all intents and purposes, a part of the
City of Anaheim, d from and after the effective date of such
annexation, all pr perty therein shall be subject to taxation
equally with the poperty within the City of Anaheim and shall
be taxed to pay it proportionate share of the existing indebted-
ness and liabilityjof said City of Anaheim contracted prior to or
existing at the ti~e of such annexation pursuant to the written
consent of the own,rs of property in said annexed territory filed
with the Clerk of ~he City of Anaheim prior to the adoption of
this resolution.
