A RESOL ION OF TijE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHE .~ APPROV~NG THE ANNEXATION TO THE CITY
OF ANAHE 1+1: OF THE ..TERRITORY KNOWN AND DESIGNATED
AHEIM HtLLSNO. 24 ANNEXATION.
WHEREAS, Isaid Loc~l Agency Formation Commission
a.uthorized the Citi...Of Anah..im to annex said territory with-
out notice and hea ing and without an election pursuant to
the authority vest d in said Commission by Section 54797.1
of the Government ode; and
WHEREAS, isaid ter~itory proposed to be annexed to
said City of Anaheim is situated in the County of Orange.
State of Californi;. and is contiguous to the City of Anaheim.
and is uninhabited ,territory. That said consent contained a
description of saidterritoty in words and figures as herein-
after in this resot~tion described; and .
WHEREAS, !the City Council of the City of Anaheim is
authorized to appr!~..e said ~nnexati.on by resolution without
notice and hearing pursuant to the approval of said Local
Agency Formation C,~ission and Section 54797.1 of the Govern-
ment Code.
NOW, THE4!FORE. B~ IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Ana~eim find$:
That theiCity of Anaheim submitted proof satisfactory
to the Local Agenct Formati~n Commission that all of the owners
of land within the!territory proposed to be annexed have given
their signed conse*t to such annexation. That said territory
proposed to be ann!~ed to said City of Anaheim is situated in
the County of Oran e, State of California, and is contiguous
to the City of Ana eim, and is uninhabited territory. That
said consent signe, by all of the owners of land within the ter-
ritory proposed to be annexed contained a description of said
territory in words and figures as hereinafter in this resolu-
tion described.

ritory to be annex d, with the Local Agency Formation Commis-
sion and said Loca. Agency Formation Commission approved said

That certain parcel of land located in the County of
Orange, Statefof California. described as follows:
Beginning at 'he centerline intersection of Nohl Ranch
Road and Old ucket Lane as said intersection is shown
on a map of T act No. 8418 recorded in Book 370. Pages
10 through 13 inclusive of Miscellaneous Maps. records
of said Count; thence S 560 45' 46" W 439.27 feet
along the cen erline of said Nohl Ranch Road to an in-
ter$ection wi h the easterly line of the land described
in the deed r corded March 21. 1962 in Book 6045. Page
930 official ecords; thence S 00034' 23" W 725.77
feet along sa d easterly line to the true point of begin-
ning; thence 000 34' 23" E 286 feet. more or less,
along a porti n of said easterly line to an intersection
with the sout erly annexation boundary line as estab-
lished by the,Yorba Annexation to the City of Anaheim;
thence S 890 ,..1' 40" E 633.32 feet along a portion of
said annexatipn boundary line; thence leaving said annex-
ation boundary line S 6lo 08' 47" W 599.61 feet; thence
N 840 00 I 41": W 111. 57 feet to an intersection with the
aforementione~ easterly line of the land described in
said deed, sa~d point of intersection also being the
true point of'beginning.

is hereby approved and said territory is hereby annexed to ~nd
incorporated in the City of Anaheim, County of Orange, State of
California, and i~ hereby designated as the ANAHEIM HILLS
NO. 24 ANNEXA1~ON to the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FqRTHER RESOLVED that from and after the date of
the adoption of t~~s resolution and the filing of a certified
copy thereof with ithe Secretary of State of the State of Califor-
nia, the annexatiqn of the territory herein described shall be
deemed to be and slhall be complete and thenceforth such annexed
territory shall b~, to all intents and purposes, a part of the
City of Anaheim, ~d from and after the effective date of such
annexation, all p~perty therein shall' be subject to taxa~ion
equally with the ~operty within the City of Anaheim and shall
be taxed to pay i~ proportionate share of the existing- indebted-
ness and liability of said City of Anaheim contracted prior to or
existing at the t.urle of suoh annexation pursuant to the written
consent of the ow~rs of property in said annexed territory filed
with the Clerk of ~he City of Anaheim prior to the adoption of
this resolution.
THE FO~OING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
