WHEREAS'f the City of Anaheim desires "to obtain the
services of a conultant to perform certain services in
connection with a telephone system for City facilit1es; and
WHEREAS~ Donald J. Bushor dba Com Consultant desires,
and is qualified, I.to perform said services for the City of
Anaheim; and I
WHEREAS fan agreement has been: prepared, the terms
and conditions of,Which are satisfactory to the City of Anaheim.
NOW, T REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council
of the City of An eim that the terms and condi tionsof an
agreement between the City of Anaheim and Donald J. Bushor dba
Com Consultants r r consulting services more part1cularly
described in said agreement be, and the same is hereby, approved.
BE ITF RTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are ereby, authorized and directed to execute
said agreement fo, and on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
