implement the Re '.,elopmen1; Plan (the "Re~velopmentPlan" l
for Redevelopment :rroj ect.A.lpha (the "Proj ect"); and

WHEREAS}' i for the purpose of. aiding and cooper&ting
in the implementa ton of t~Proj ect, the City of Anahe1Jn
(the "City") may nvey ant of its real property within .the
RedevelopmentProct Alph4L Proj ectarea (the "Proj ectarea")
to the Agency upo4:theterJf1sas it determines as provided in
Health and Safety! Code Section 33220 of the California
Community Redevel+pment Law; and
WHEREAS ~ . the Citt owns certain real property (the
"Property") withi.the ProJect area, as described in the
Agreement for Acq#sit1ontnd Sale of ReaIProperty(the
"Agreement"); and:
. WHEREAS. j the Cit;r proposes. to convey said ProPerty
to the Agency for !~hepurp~se herein set out and in considera-
tion and in accor4ance witl!1theterms and conditions set forth
in said Agreement tor Acquisit10n and Sale of Real Property.
