RESOLUTION NO. 78R-~
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEtM DECLARING ITS INTENTION TO VACATE
AND ABAN~ON A CERTAIN PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim does
hereby elect to pr~ceed pur$uant to the provisions of the Public
Service Easements 'facation Law (Section 50430etseq., Goverment
Code) in connection. with vacation and abandonment of public ser-
vice easements.
NOW, THE~EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Anaijeim does hereby declare its intention to va-
cate, abandon, and 'close to public use the following described
public service easement, to wit:
That certain :public utility easement, five feet wide,
located on thEt north side of La Palma Avenue, approxi-
mately 535 fe~t west of Tustin Avenue,extending from
La Palma Avenue to a point approximately 553 feet
northerly theneof
as said easements are shown on a map or plan on file in the Office
of the City Clerk of the City of Anaheim.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all persons interested in or
objecting to said '\facation and abandonment will be heard ata pub-
lic hearing to be lteld at 3:00 o'clock P.M., or as soon thereafter
as the matter may ~.~. heard,in the Council Chamber in the City
Hall, 204 Ea.st Linqoln Avenue, Anaheim, California, on:
October 17, 1978
BE IT FUIf.1'HER RESOLVED that the City Clerk sh~ll certify
to. the passage of tihis resolution and shall cause the same to be
published in the Ar1aheim Bulletin, a newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed, pUb~ished and circulated in said City of Anaheim.
THE FOREGOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted by the
City Council of tha City of Anaheim this 3rd day of October, 1978.
