A RESOLV~ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OFf ANAHEIM APPROVING THE TERMS AND
CONDIT Ii. NS OF AN AGREEMENT WITH PORT &
FLOR, I C. ., AND ,flUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAY R AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMET.
WHEREAS~ the City of Anaheim is' in need of
relocation servic~s; and

WHEREASl an agre~ment has been prepared whereby
Port and Flor, In~. will p~ovide such services; and
WHEREAS. the tennsand conditions of said
agreement are acc,ptable to the City Council of the
City of Anaheim.
NOW, THtREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms
and conditions off said agreement are hereby approved and
accepted. .
BE IT FIRTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City
Clerk be, and the are hereby. authorized and directed .
to execute said a reement on behalf of the City of Anaheim.
THE FO~GOING RESOLUTION is approved and adopted
by the City Counc!l of the City of Anaheim this 3rd day
