A RESOrpTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF AN~IM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN A/GREEMENT WITH ANAHEIM SAVINGS AND LOAN
ASSOCIAj'rION AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE
MAYOR ~ CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREA~,theCity Council of the City. of . Anaheim
des.1.res to' estab~jLsh methods and procedures under the City' s
home improvement (loan program; and
WHEREA~, an agreement, entitled "Oper.ating Agreement -
Anaheim Savings$1d Loan Association" (hereinafter "Agreement")
has been prepare4; and
WHEREAS, the terms and conditions of Agreement are
acceptable to thEt City Council of the City of Anaheim.
NOW, TlJEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditi:ons of said Agreement are hereby approved and aceep.ted.
BE IT1!'tJRTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are ,bereby au.thorized and direc~ted to: exee.ute
said AgreementoD behalf of the City Council of the City of
Anaheim.
