A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANAHEt~M APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN A~EMENT WITH THE ORANGE COUNTY FAIR
HOUSING taouNCIL AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MAyd~ AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID
AGREEMErf,r.
WHEREAS '. .the City Council of the City of Anaheim is in
need of Counselliz1a Servic~s regarding equal housing opportunities;
and
WHEREAS 'I.an agre~ment ,entitled "Agreement for Fair
Housing Services" 'dhereinatter "Agreement") has been prepared
whereby Orange CoJ;ttyFair Housing Council will provide such ser-
vices; and
WHEREAS II the terms and conditions of Agreement are accept-
able to the City Qouncil of the Ci tyof Anaheim.
NOW, TH~EFORE, aE IT RESOLVED that the terms and condi-
tions of said Agrefement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT F~THER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be,
