A RESO UTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANA IM APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN GREEMENT WITH ROOFING INSPECTION &
CONSUL ING SERVICE AND AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING
THE MA OR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREA~' ~ the City of Anaheim is in need of roofing
and water proofi g inspection services for the new. Civic
Center on Anahei · Boulevard; and
WHEREAt.~ Roofing Inspection & Consulting Service
is qualified to ender such professional services to the City,
and desires to b employed for such purpose; and

WHEREA;, Roofing Inspection & Consulting Service
has submitted a .roposal to render said professional services
by letter datedebruary 17, 1978; and
WHEREAt, an agreement has been prepared, the terms
and conditions 0 . which are acceptable to the City Council of
the City of Anah 1m. .

NOW, T REFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the terms and
conditions of sa d agreement are hereby approved and accepted.
BE IT URTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they are hereby, authorized to exec.ute said agreement
on behalf of the, City of Anaheim.
