RESOLUTION NO. 78R- 639
A RESOL TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF ANA 1M APPROVING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF AN A REEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF ANAHEIM
AND TEX CO ANAHEIM HILLS, INC., AND AUTHORIZING
THE MAY R AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE SAID AGREEMENT.
WHEREAS the County of Orange has heretofore approved
Arterial Highway 1nancing Program Project No. 846 .,for certain
improvements to M ..ts Avenue from Nohl Ranch Road to the
southerly City Ii ts within the City of Anaheim (hereint;Lfter
"Project"); and
WHEREASt the City of Anaheim and Texaco Anaheim Hills,
Inc. desire to pe form said Project at this time and to share in
the cost of certa.n improvements and &xpens&s relating thereto;
