territory proposed to be annexed is uninhabited; and

WHEREAS, ~he City Council of the City of AnaheIm
has heretofore ado ted its Resolution No. 78R-5l8 initiating
proceedings pursu t to Section 35220 of the Government Code
for the annexation of the hereinabove described territory to
the City of Anahel ; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Anaheim
conducted a duly n ticed pUblic hearing on October 3, 1978,
and did hear and r aeive all oral and written protests,
objections, and ev dence made, presented or filed in opposi-
tion to the propos d annexation of the hereinabove described
territory to the C ty of Anaheim.
