WHEREAS, t~e City Planning Commission of the City of
Anaheim did receive ~n application for a conditional use permit
from LAZARE F. BERNARD, owner; and JOSEPH H. DOYLE, agent, to
permit a used automotlile storage and impound yard, with waivers
of maximum fence height and permitted encroachment into a re-
quired setback, on pjoperty situated in the State of California,
County of Orange, City of Anaheim, more particularly described
as:

WHEREAS, tqe City Planning Commission did hold a puh1ic
hearing upon said ap~lication at the City Hall in the City of
Anaheim, notices of ~hich public hearing were duly given as re-
quired by law and th~ provisions of Title. 18, Chapter 18.03 of the
Anaheim Municipal Coqef and
WlIEREAS, s~id Commission, after due inspection, investi-
gation and studies m~de by itself and in its behalf and after due
consideration of all !evidence and reports offered at said hearing,
did adopt its Resolu~ion No. ~C78-/14 , iP~nr.1ng
Conditional Use Perm~t No. 1887 f and
WHEREAS, ti_reafter, within the time prescribed by law,
an interested party r the City Council, on its own motion, caused
the review of said panning Commission action at a duly noticed
public hearingf and '
WHEREAS, at the time and place fixed for said public
hearing, the City Co~ci1 did hold and conduct such public hearing
and did give all per.ons interested therein an opportunity to be
heard and did receiv. evidence and reports, and did consider the
samef and
. WHEREAS, t.e City Council does find, after careful con-
sideration of the re~~mmendations of the City Planning Commission
and all evidence andireports offered at said hearing, that all of
the conditions and.ctiteria set forth in Section 18.03.030.030 of
the Anaheim Municipa Code are not present and, therefore, that
Conditional Use Permit No. 1887 should be denied.
NOW, THEREfORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Anaheim that I the acti~n of the City Planning Commission
granting ,Conditional Use Permit No. 1887 be, and the
same is hereby, r,versed . , and that the requ~st of LAZARE.
F. BERNARD, owner; and JOSEPH H. DOYLE, agent, to permit a used
automobile storage and impound yard on the property hereinabove
described be, and the same is hereby, de'nied.
